The hotel will collect a room deposit of 200 baht per room, 2 rooms equal to 400 baht. It just so happened that we had a 500 baht note to give to the young man, he probably didn't have change, so we asked if we could just take 500 baht. We didn't mind because the young man had already informed us. What we encountered, we asked for a room that was not high, meaning on the 1st or 2nd floor, but the room we got was on the 4th floor of the whole hotel, both rooms were ok, it didn't matter, the young man already remembered the room, right? What we encountered was that the TV in our room had no signal, we informed the staff, right? The staff changed the room to a VIP room, quite big and very spacious, this was ok. But in the room, there were quite a lot of power outlets, but there was no power, there was a phone, but we couldn't make calls. The elevator only had a stuck and pinched elevator, so we informed the staff. The staff replied that the elevator did not stick or get stuck. Who would dare to enter? While we went out to eat and returned to the hotel to change rooms, it turned out that the elevator almost pinched us. Luckily, my friend was holding it up, so we had to walk up to the 4th floor with my friend. When we finished moving rooms, we were going to return the key card because we changed rooms, but it turned out that we couldn't walk. I returned the room in the morning, so I don't know if the staff was secretly angry or not. And my friend's room didn't have a towel. Because there was no towel, when we called to inform them, the phone couldn't be used. It would be awkward to walk down from the 4th floor. In the end, my friend didn't have a towel, so I went to get a room without a TV for my friend instead. My friend was a bit surprised that the staff didn't care about the customers because on the day we were going back in the morning, we went to eat. With rice and eggs left over from other customers who had already eaten, about 1-2 pieces, 4 Corona pieces, 1 sausage, we ate with friends, the basil was very delicious. But the water, the bread and the toaster were in different places, we had to hold the bread and walk across the table to get it. In conclusion, it was better not to eat, it was too inconvenient. But while we were eating, there was a staff, I'm not sure if it was the counter staff and the housekeeper who cooked the food. The staff spoke politely and were very cute. The owner, Khun Fai, who we contacted, was also good, but should have been more welcoming. This is constructive criticism.
