Toothpaste, toothbrush, comb, skin care products, masks, etc. can be picked up in the lobby. You don't need to prepare yourself. In addition, you can borrow steaming noodles, hairpinners, etc., very careful! It is worth noting that this October stay, the whole hall is warm, so it is hot, you have to ask the staff to borrow a fan 😅

At 20,000 yen per night, it seems a bit pricey, but it's just a business hotel, and if you're going to stay here, you'd be better off staying in Nagano or Karuizawa. There are men's and women's saunas and a large public bath, but the women's bath doesn't have an open-air bath or a cold bath (the men's bath seems to have an open-air bath and a cold bath), so I think female sauna users shouldn't expect too much.
