Everything was perfect. The apartment was clean, nice view. I highly recommend it. Jona was really kind, excellent in communication and responded quickly to any questions we had.

This hotel was transformed from an old silk weaving factory. The design style is simple and fashionable. The facilities in the room are complete and comfortable. The staff has a good service attitude and the breakfast is rich. I am very satisfied. I will stay here again next time.

Hotel great rooms. Restaurant and breakfast I wouldn't visit anymore. Breakfast little choice. Restaurant. Maps English different from in Italian. Had paid the room in advance. Reception booked the amount again. I had to wait 6 weeks and see myself I get my money

Good location. Only wish the room have flask ncups and air con. International travellers are not used to not having air condition for air circulation. Near to a big mall which have supermarket.

Great place to stay and the restaurant served amazing food for a great price. The bus comes every few hours so make sure you look at the timetable and plan your activities in advance, or else you’ll have to walk up the big hill with no sidewalk! The area felt safe and Cernobbio is a great place to visit, I definitely recommend this stay.

The perfect balance of price, scenery and service. First of all, the location is very good. If there is no self-driving, it is only a few hundred meters from the nearest terminal and bus station. There is a big supermarket within a few hundred meters, so it is convenient to buy everything. The hotel has a perfect view and is located by the lake. You can enjoy the panoramic view of Lake Como from the hotel lobby and the hotel garden. Most of the rooms should have a very good view. No other plan to enjoy the view in the hotel is very satisfying. The overall facilities of the hotel are also ok, 4 stars are no problem, and the bedding is very comfortable, which is considered an excellent level among 4 stars. The breakfast is rich and delicious, with the scenery of the restaurant, very enjoyable. Finally, the service is good, and the staff are very helpful.
