If I could give zero stars, I would. We walked in and booked a AC room for 2 nights for Rs. 6000. No windows in the room so we asked twice if AC was working and we were assured they were. To our surprise, AC didn’t work in any of the rooms. They have intentionally turned off the cooling. They lied to us. No refunds were offered for the inconvenience. Instead of apologizing, front desk manager was extremely rude and mannerless, surely need customer service lessons.

Most crappy hotel ever. Don't recommend AT ALL! I didn't read all other reviews before booking. My mistake. No hot water. Terrible staff and almost suggested I was lying when I said there is no hot water. Zero cleanliness. DO NOT GO. The lobby looks fancy but that's all they have going for them. Just terrible.

The best part of the hotel is it's location. It's so close to the mahakal temple making it very easy to goto temple. And staff is really good. The girl is extremely hygienic and well maintained. The only problem is it doesn't have parking, so need to park elsewhere. But there are public commute options available fright after you step out of the hotel. Best stay.

Worst staff to be with. Very unprofessional and ill mannered. Better stay in a guest house and have your peace. I will never recommend this to anyone. I had a terrible experience and will never suggest anyone to book this hell. No service at all and on top of that the front desk/manager behavior is horrible.

Room was small, t. V not working, bathroom lock was not working. No room cleaning while i was out and told them to fix everything still nothing happened when i came back

Premium hotel near Mahakal temple. But facility Nil. In room No Kettle No study table No extra sitting except bed In bathroom No hot water No facility to keep soap & shampoo Not provided bucket, mug, & stool, as we are senior couple Only shower

Pathetic hotel you will ever visit. Un trained staff. The prize is too high for a small nest, without any room service. Cleanliness stay awful as expected. Charge heavily if late checkout. Better stay in a ********** than visiting this
