出差過來的，酒店環境衞生還可以，中規中矩，周邊有很多吃飯的地方，前台小姐姐態度非常好，很温柔很有禮貌！

酒店位置很好，一方面去火山或草原都方便，另一方面，周邊生活條件便利，無論飯店還是奶製品店或者特產店，都有不少。酒店出門就有公交站，去高鐵站也方便。房間面積夠寬敞，基礎硬件還算OK，但一些地方，比如地板，還是能看出前身酒店的使用痕跡（見圖5）。酒店服務人員不多，加上機器人，基本能滿足需求。但還是有衞生死角，比如房客遺留的煙頭（見圖4）。雖然處在路口，但房間窗户隔音意外的好，關上基本聽不到什麼户外噪音。整體來講，對得起這個價格，但還有提升空間。順便説一句，酒店旁邊有家“新面目米麪粥”，早餐包子非常好，尤其是酸菜餡的，值得嘗試。

酒店位置很不錯，進入大堂給我一種低調優雅的感覺。進大堂迎面就是前台小姐姐熱情親切的打招呼，房內整潔乾淨，床墊非常舒服，工作人員都非常專業，很熟練的應對我的諮詢，處理問題很出色，能夠及時為客人提供服務，我很滿意，居然有專門的保安幫忙停車或指導，早上起來不想去餐廳吃早餐可以呼叫前台送至房間，特別是阿姨會上門問有沒有需要清洗的衣服，阿姨還會親自手洗，商務酒店的價格，五星級服務

去看火山，選擇了這家，老酒店改造的，前台改造的還可以，但是房間不差距大，設施有些沒有更新如淋浴花灑，樓道發黴的味道太嚴重。員工對客服務不錯。餐廳不行，一塊抹布什麼都擦，餐品味道不好，和其他店相比差距太大。

這家烏蘭察布的你好酒店，是我住過最噁心的一家，我是華住金牌會員，已經4年，一直覺得全季和你好都不錯，一直也挺順心住着，這些年因為工作情況經常出差，住過大大小小不少酒店，頭一次遇到離店以後，被前台工作人員打電話侮辱，態度特別差，被損了半天，教育了半天，原因是我退房的時候忘記給人家拿卡了，另外還要讓我補交超時費，26元，我都沒有超時，快到時間的時候前台給我打電話過來催，我也明確告知馬上退房不續住。前台工作人員的素質，文化，專業程度有待提高，差的太多了，這四年以來最差勁的一次體驗！沒有之一！建議前台工作人員上崗前培訓，別丟了華住會的臉！大家入住這家店需謹慎，別影響了心情！
