Hotel Otrant

A 4 star, a joke! like many I confirm that this hotel and the accommodation pompously named "VILA" are of mediocre quality, a Formula 1 in France is cleaner. The rooms located on the ground floor are damp, dark with a smell of sewage and the bathroom is cramped, with no storage. Your swimsuit will take 3 days to dry so plan on at least 3 for the week!!! If you like the company of animals you will be delighted, stray dogs wander around the hotel and the same with the cats in the restaurant room, they are nice but in terms of hygiene it is not really great. The worst is yet to come with the failure to respect the cold chain and like many we have not escaped food poisoning despite all the precautions taken, this serious hygiene problem has been redundant for several months if we refer to the reviews previous travelers. Above all, do not buy your excursions in advance because you will certainly be bedridden before the end of your stay and you will not be able to obtain any refund, THANK YOU TUI and MARMARA! It is LOW COST and it is urgent to review the number of stars. To end on a positive note and fortunately, our guide MILA was excellent, she is an excellent guide, attentive, pleasant, finally a beautiful person like we would like to meet more often, we wish her a good rest with her family after this very busy season. The facilitators and more particularly Clément and Valou are very friendly and do their best to enhance the stay with the little means at their disposal, they are very courageous to work in this structure which really needs a quality audit. In summary, go your way if you want a nice vacation!!!!

Hotel Marmara not to be recommended. The site is not very clean and the rooms need to be refreshed!! The big problem is the catering!! Little variety and above all poor hygiene!! Special mention for the entertainment team which is top notch and the deckchairs around the swimming pool are super comfortable!

Let's return from an 8-day stay as a couple and friends in this 4-star hotel which is not worth more than three (and then again). The hotel is old and there are many things to renovate. The catering is not bad (the meats especially) but the starters and desserts are catastrophic (the ice cream saved us). The breakfasts are good. The pluses of this hotel are the very comfortable deckchairs and in incredible quantity at the swimming pool as well as on this superb fine sand beach, the prettiest in Montenegro. For bars, the all-in formula only covers basic drinks and not the most famous cocktails. If you pay, you get a drink if your check in you will get a common soft or hard plastic cup if you are lucky, it's really very limited for a hotel that calls itself 4 Stars. A very big thank you to all the Marmara staff * Elsa, Cléo, Lisa, Valou, Solène, Clément, Loucas, Coralie for their kindness, their smile and their dynamism. Only good memories and laughter... In their company during the numerous and sometimes crazy activities... We already miss you..............

- superb landscapes (sea and mountains) - quite nice excursions especially the Kotor gorges and the 3 towns Budva, Cetinje etc (even if allow 5 hours of bus travel during the day for the latter, i.e. 270km by bus in a magnificent landscape with winding bends) - The rooms are OK apart from the presence of crushed mosquitoes on the walls and ceilings, dating from previous visitors. - mixed entertainment, fairly young team, rather vulgar show themes, but overall correct - bring your mosquito spray because these are present from morning to evening and are very aggressive. Also remember to bring some dog food, this will prevent you from seeing a pack sitting at your feet waiting for their turn to eat :) yes, there are a lot of wild dogs roaming the club and this does not seem to cause any problems for anyone (staff, management of the club). club) +++ a lot of wasps at the bamboo bar a real scourge, aggressive, disturbing when you want to be peaceful while drinking your drink. - friendliness of the indoor and outdoor bar staff, pitiful, execrable, to flee or change jobs!!!! - very average self-service, redundant, often cold, all-inclusive drinks should be avoided!!! Overall I would say that this stay in the 4-star Marmara club, for a week, was quite nice but a lot of things to review!!! It's honestly not worth more than 2 stars maximum!!!! A trip which should only cost 600th maximum per week and not 1000 to 1500th as some were able to pay for their week!!!
