The kitchenware is complete, I bought green onions and eggs to cook instant noodles.
Self-service check-in is also convenient, but I forgot the check-out time (11:00), and I couldn't get in when I returned to the hotel at 12 noon. I called the customer service number and they re-wrote the card for me to pick up my luggage remotely.
The customer service automatically replied that I didn't need to worry about the broken cup and no compensation was required.
Check-in process: There is a door opening password and check-in QR code in the email. Enter the lobby and scan the check-in QR code with the card writing machine, and take the card and write the card according to the prompts

I had a very pleasant stay in Brera Ulm from 09-March-2023 to 02-June-2023 in room number 509. My overall stay was very nice and satisfied. I have one improvement point. The room can have a table fan, so that it can be used during summer.

Stayed for over than 2 months. Never got additional toilet paper. Apartment has a loud washing machine, 1 cap was provided for the duration of stay. Sink is very small. The Extractor is loud an barely works. A lot of vapor / smoke from cooking. Smell of cooking stays for more than one day unless you open windows. Smoke detector blinks strangely when you get vapor from cooking. Room gets the smell of cooking. Confusing to enter and make check in. Construction in surrounding area makes it difficult sometime during the day to enter in parking area. Sometimes loud partying in the lobby area, terrible if you are staying on ground floor.Don't recommend and hope will not return

It was good expirience to mee. Thak you for Welcome pack! It's cool that you leave me a postcard with handwritten message. My windows overlooked a construction site and this detracted from the travel experience a little, but otherwise everything was fine

Great place with good ambience, service with full equipped kitchen, laundry and vending machines and great location in good walking distance to the historic and commercial center and public transport to visit Ulm. but very hot and noisy
