The room is located next to Tambun, easy for those who visiting. The room was clean, and everything is sufficient. It’s just a bit hassle, since one 1 key, it’s hard when the parking keys is not the same with the Access key. The rest is ok

I stayed with my daughter. While the room was spacious and the location was convenient, we had some trouble checking in. Our door key number didn’t work at all, and we had to wait about 10 minutes for the issue to be resolved. It was a bit frustrating after a long day. Aside from that, the stay was comfortable.

This onsen suit is very near to the lost world of Tambun.
We enjoyed the facility with family.

Overall good service and carrying stuff , very fast response and clear communication from stuff . Corner unit and it was quite nice

Stayed here because of the onsen pool. We do enjoy the time in onsen pool. Check in procedure maybe abit complicated but security guards are willing to help. Deposit refund also effective (within 12 hrs after check out.
