We were served by the lovely Sizwe during our high tea experience. Sizwe took such good care of us and attended to every detail. It was my birthday celebration and he contributed to such an amazing memory. We loved our afternoon. Thank you Sizwe.

What an amazing first stay at the Oyster Box Hotel. From checking in, to each staff member we walked passed that greeted us, each waiter her served us. The beauty of the hotel, our room and the surrounds is exceptional. The food delicious. I’d like to thank Justin for meeting each one of our needs, being so friendly and always asking if there was anything else he could do for us. Thank you Justin and all at Oyster Box Hotel

What a luxury hotel! So classy, stunning views, excellent service & amazing food! We hosted Miss Umhlanga Kwazulu-Natal in the pearl room & it was magical! The staff was very friendly, The food for our 120 guests were more than enough & very delicious. Beautifully presented, everything was excellent!

My husband and I spent a wonderful five days at the Oyster Box Hotel. The location is idyllic, everything about the hotel is fabulous and the people working there are delightful. The service is impeccable and the staff could act as role models for the hospitality industry. I would particularly like to thank Danny for his time when giving us such a knowledgeable tour of the hotel and its history, and Robert for taking such good care of us at the poolside. It was my birthday while I was there and I was made to feel very special, with champagne, cake, balloons and a present! Quite a surprise!

I actually shed a tear on leaving this hotel , and am still sad that I left . This hotel just reeks of charm and the staff are just wonderful. Breakfast is exceptional as is all of the food. Cinema room is brilliant, Gym functional, the Ocean view is stunning (but very noisy) and the resort area has absolutely everything you could want on vacation. Loved the bar and Edison is a top, top man, thank you for looking after us guys, you truly are different class and worthy of your 5 Star rating.

This truly is a most beautiful hotel, the staff are absolutely wonderful a special mention must be made of Justin Botha who is a fabulous manager, going above and beyond to make sure everyone’s stay is so comfortable, the other staff members are always friendly and helpful too. Wonderful attention to details is much appreciated, breakfast outstanding, grill room outstanding and in fact all I can say is food, beverage, staff is just amazing, cannot wait to return!
