Vida Beach Resort Umm Al Quwain

Very Disappointing Experience – Not What We Expected Unfortunately, our stay was far from the experience we expected and, overall, very disappointing. The pool food was extremely poor in quality. We ordered pizza, which arrived cold, with very low-quality mozzarella. We also ordered sliders that were advertised as being made with Wagyu beef, but the meat quality was nowhere close to what we expected and appeared to be more like regular Brazilian beef. The cheese inside the sliders was also of very poor quality, and we had to remove it before eating. The fries tasted like they had been fried earlier and reheated. Unfortunately, my wife experienced stomach pain throughout the entire night after eating the food, which made the situation even worse. The experience was also negatively affected by the lack of noise control at night. Our floor became extremely noisy, with children running back and forth in the corridor, shouting, and repeatedly opening and closing doors. At one point, a child even tried to open our room door. We reported the issue to reception, but unfortunately, nothing was done. The noise continued until approximately 2:30 AM, making it very difficult to sleep and enjoy our stay. On top of that, around sunset, we went back to the pool and were disappointed to see people swimming fully clothed, while no lifeguard or staff member appeared to take any action. This raised concerns about both hygiene and proper pool supervision. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay. The combination of poor food quality, lack of cleanliness/hygiene standards around the pool, poor noise control, and the lack of response from hotel staff to our complaints significantly affected our experience. For a hotel of this standard, we expected much better service, supervision, and attention to guest comfort.

We booked two rooms at Vida Umm Al Quwain and had a very pleasant stay. The rooms were good, comfortable, and the hotel facilities were good. We enjoyed the overall atmosphere and the experience was relaxing. There are just a few small areas where some improvements could be made, but overall we were happy with our stay. We would definitely consider visiting Vida Umm Al Quwain again.

Hotel is good position but the service and room is not loke 5 stars  - very difficult order dinner in the room  they not collect order after 20?m we go oher place , connession on tv with your smart phone is not possible we can not to joint our Netflix account - television channel is very limited for us not Spanish not Italian -  Reception call us to minace for smoking but was not true after control -  We was very bad experience in this hotel /

A very excellent and comfortable hotel. It is clean, quiet, and the staff are very friendly. The stay was wonderful, the services were outstanding, and I highly recommend it.
