DO NOT use this hotel. During a mandatory evacuation due to hurricane Milton October 7 we booked this place while driving. Due to the traffic congestion (10mph on I75) we quickly realized that it was going to be impossible to make it as far as the hotel. We called within 20 min. and they refused to cancel the reservation. Even ******* could not work with them to remove this charge. This was an emergency situation beyond our control. This owner refuses to discuss these charges with anyone!!
