We loved our stay. All the essential amenities were there. Very clean and tidy. New property. Excellent location and the host was very hospitable. Room interior is very pleasant to the eye. Bed is super comfortable and most importantly the bathroom is spacious and clean.

10 from 10. Nice hotel owned by good local couple) I visited 4 hotels from Mirissa to Hikkaduwa and this one was the best by location and room renovation. There were always clean and good vibe. Question for some improvement: I would like more variety for breakfast and a grill with tables on the roof for a better customer experience.

Lovely hotel, just a step back from the main road through Unawatuna. We had the warmest of welcomes from the owners who presented us with welcome drinks and cooling towels. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was spotless with lovely fluffy towels. It was serviced daily. The bed was comfy with quality linens and pillows making for wonderful sleep. The aircon and fan combined made for a really comfortable temperature and air quality. It was quiet at night. Breakfast was excellent and the service standards were very high. There were fresh supplies of coffee, tea and water in the room daily and if there was anything we wanted we just had to ask and it was attended to immediately. I had a load of laundry done. I handed it over at breakfast and it was ready for us in the evening. Security was good and we felt that we and our possesWe could sions were safe at all times. The safety deposit box was secure and worked well. We really appreciated that the property had a lift. The TV in our room had good reception. All in all this hotel is of the highest standard and we were treated like kings by the staff. We could recommend it to anyone.

We came to this hotel because of the rating on Tripadvisor. What a mistake!! The hotel was not clean and being all white it was even more noticeable. Terrible breakfast: the only artificial juice of the whole trip (20 days). Bad value for money. The air conditioning did not work well at all (the thermometer on the device did not go below 29 degrees). And the shower, what can I say: I am attaching photos. The floor has stains!!! Anyway!!

Отличный вариант для отпуска на Шри Ланке. Остановливаемся в этом отеле уже второй раз. Это о многом говорит. Очень чистый, светлый отель с приветливым персоналом и отличным хозяином. По факту: Хорошие номера, огромная мягкая кровать, для ребенка тоже дополнительная кровать, а не какая нибудь раскладушка. Современный санузел, все работает, горячая вода есть всегда. В номере есть чайник, чайный набор, стаканы, кружки и даже тарелка с ножом для фруктов. Хороший балкон, стол и стулья, большая сушилка для белья. Уборка ежедневно, смена белья раз в три дня. Мощный кондиционер и потолочный вентилятор. Строят новый корпус, первый этаж уже готов, думаю там номера ещё лучше, они новые. Есть генератор, поэтому отключение электричества не страшны. Завтраки съедобные, но однообразные, на перекус нормально. Отель закрыт на электронный замок, никто чужой не заходит. Единственный минус на сегодняшний момент это не благоустроенный внутренний дворик, но думаю по окончании работ его приведут в порядок. Отель расположен немного в стороне, поэтому шума с улицы нет. До пляжа 5-7 минут по улице с кафе и магазинами. Вернёмся сюда обязательно. Спасибо!

Замечательный отель! Все продуманно и хорошо работает : напор в душе отличный , горячая вода была всегда, есть кран для ног, обычный душ, тропический душ Лейка сверху , гигиенический душ ! Кондиционер огромный и вентилятор на потолке дополнительно все работает на 5+ , чай, кофе и сухое молоко всегда в номере , кулер рядом с номером полон всегда ! Завтраки - отдельное удовольствие!!! Хозяйка умеет подбирать качественные продукты - таких вкусных фруктов, как на завтраке мы сами купить не смогли ))) знает она где и что купить ! Свежайшая выпечка 2-3 видов каждый день , яйца в любых видах , сосиски - объедение !!! Джемы из ананаса или маракуйя! Чай , кофе и молоко ! Йогурты - такого вкусного я не ела даже в России )))) Отель, еда - все наивысший балл !!! Полотенца на пляж дают и мокрые забирают !!! Кровать реально ТРЕХСПАЛЬНАЯ ! Матрас удобный , 4 удобные подушки , ещё нам дали одеяла пледы - пушистики , что кстати ибо охлаждающая техника работает , как зверь !!!! Ещё есть диванчик - доп спальное место , тоже удобный ! Хозяева когда что то покупают в свой отель берут все лучшее похоже, и это касается всего ! На пляже когда разговаривали с отдыхающими многие говорили, что хотели в этот отель , но он был в стопе уже и не зря - замечательный отель , который сделает ваш отдых комфортным ! Большое спасибо семье которая держит этот замечательный отель ! Никаких огорчений мы не испытали в нем ! Утром я раскладывала орешки и к нам приходили дикие павлины , бурундуки, и ягуана ! На стене живут два гекончика и вечером выходят на охоту к нашему удовольствию !!! От всего сердца рекомендую данный отель !!!! Здесь все делает вас счастливым !

Это лучший отель, который удалось посетить в азии, номер делюкс на первом этаже просто огромный, уборка каждый день, новый ремонт. Очень удобная локация, пляж 5 минут, кафе , рестораны. До других пляжей на тук тук 10 минут. Хозяева отеля очень дружелюбные люди))) Рекомендую к посещению 10 из 10.
