Here’s an expanded and stronger version of your review: The worst hotel experience we have ever had, both in terms of facilities and the management’s appalling behavior. From the moment we checked in, it was clear that customer service and guest satisfaction are not priorities at this hotel. Despite traveling with a young child, we were given the wrong room at check-in, which caused significant discomfort and disruption. When we brought up the issue the next day, instead of resolving the problem professionally, the staff shockingly started yelling at us. Such behavior is not just unprofessional but outright disrespectful. Over the course of our 6-night stay, we were forced to change rooms three times. Each room seemed to present new problems. There is no air conditioning, which would have been tolerable had the rooms been clean, but instead, they were absolutely filthy. The windows are left open, and as a result, the rooms are infested with bugs and roaches. It was impossible to feel comfortable or relaxed in such an unhygienic environment. To make matters worse, when we tried to escalate these issues, the manager refused to show up, even though he was sitting mere steps away at the front desk. This complete disregard for customer concerns is simply unacceptable. The bathroom showers turn hot and cold randomly while working. The gym smells like garbage and their own staff hates the management for not keeping the property in a good condition. If you value your peace of mind, cleanliness, and even basic respect as a paying guest, do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel at all costs. Staying here was like living through a nightmare—truly the worst experience we’ve ever had in Switzerland. There are plenty of better options out there; don’t make the same mistake we did - “Swiss Nightmare”
