A rather nice hotel in a typical Germanic style. The staff were lovely and the food was good. My friends made use of the swimming pool. The rooms were spacious and I enjoyed the balcony. The breakfast was great with a good variety of choices...

Marvelous, most German, cozy and welcoming family hotel. Very friendly staff and good kitchen. Very large rooms, everything spotlessly clean. Big, cozy, panelled lobby. Rooms with balcony and lovely view. Only drawback: bad wifi. No 4/5G so extra dependent on wifi. Guest-wifi and Firmen-wifi did not work. Bit of a downturn in 2023!

The hotel is beautifully located in a quiet, green spot. Although my room was not modern or recently renovated, it was clean, nice and large. The pool was refreshing and the wellness welcoming. I found the staff in the restaurant and kitchen very well trained and professional, something of rarity nowadays. All in all a very positive experience.

Wonderful Food the rooms with balcony have amazing views The rooms are large with a good shower There a plenty a areas to relax and enjoy the views. The swimming pool is great The staff are friendly and helpful

Ich bin mittlerweile mehrfach hier gewesen. Meine Bewertung schreibe während meines Aufenthaltes hier. Das Hotel könnte etwas Frische vertragen. Unabhängig davon finde ich das Hotel mit dem Wellness und Schwimmbad wirklich toll. Das Restaurant bietet wirklich gute Küche an. Das Personal ist fantastisch. Danke an Der Stelle vor allem an Erkan und Avan von der Bar und Restaurant für die FANTASTISCHE Gastfreundschaft. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und gut. Ein Manko ist, daß hier kaum Netz gibt. Ich genieße jedoch die unerreichbarkeit. Das WLAN funktioniert jedoch sehr gut und Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist wirklich Prima. Ich werde nur noch hier buchen, denn am Ende macht das Personal das Hotel aus und hier ist es Perfekt. Danke nochmal an das gesamte Team und bis bald. LG Emil

Ein ehemals schönes Hotel, das allerdings in die Jahre gekommen ist. Dies merkt man überall. Die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig, nach dem Zimmerbezug mussten zunächst Urinflecken vom Vormieter entfernt werden. im Badezimmer Schimmel an und in der Dusche.

La chambre luxe fait 5 m x 9 m environ, lit correct, belle salle de bain douche et baignoire + wc séparé. Une terrasse et belle vue sur la vallée, bruit du ruisseau très agréable. L'écran de la TV est un peu petit et il n'y a pas de chaine en français. Une prise USB, je n'ai pas su brancher mon disque dur pour regarder à la soirée. Le wifi est pas terrible, pas su regarder auvio. Piscine agréable avec accès par un escalier (pratique pour les mobilités réduites). SPA est sans textile, pas géant mais suffisant. Le salon et la salle à manger sont de style. Avec l'anglais on se débrouille, on ne parle pas (ou très peu) le français. Avec le traducteur on traduit le menu. Repas de qualité le soir et assez copieux (entrée froide, soupe, plat au choix (viande ou poisson ou végétarien) vin en carafe de qualité à prix correct. Petit déjeuner sans mousseux, mais suffisant. 4° séjour et ce ne sera pas le dernier. SVP un effort sur le wifi et au moins une chaine (ou deux) en Français, TV 5 monde ou LN 24. Merci.

Leider alles sehr enttäuschend Preis Leistung passt gar nicht Abendessen pauschale Essen sehr fad sehr lange Wartezeiten pommes aus altem Fett roher Fisch schnitzel schmeckt nach Fisch Personal im Service bemüht allerdings eher unqualifiziert. Nachbestellen nicht möglich da kein Kellner mehr kommt dafür viel zu hohe Preise Saunabereich sehr in die Jahre gekommen viel zu klein für so viele Gäste Ruheliegen viel zu wenig alles überfüllt keine Erholung..Zimmer alt sehr dunkel Frühstück leer nachfüllen dauert Mitarbeiter überfordert ungeführt und überlastet allerdings bemüht!
