"新式設計的日式旅館，大浴場也很漂亮，也是新式設計的，西式房間，不算大但很漂亮。露天風呂看的景緻不錯。大堂可打開連接花園的拉門出去，花園很大很大，有幾處冒煙的溫泉口，有紅葉，美麗得像仙境，只是比較凍，又大風，不可留在室外太久，有點可惜。這樣漂亮的花園風景在房間露台也可看到。晚飯十分好吃，特別是魚生以及最後那個兩塊餅夾住一個芋頭雪糕球的甜品極之好吃。吃飯的地方也很漂亮，有玻璃拉門的獨立間。"

"Hotel location is good, go right and turn to the hot spring shrine, then enter the hot spring hell area, walk about half an hour, a very good feeling. The breakfast is rich and the food is served. We live in a Japanese tatami for six people and are very suitable for family trips. The hotel is too old and some facilities can't keep up with the new hotel. The parking lot is large and there is no problem parking. The fly in the ointment is likely to be economically depressed. The nearby restaurants have not been opened. After a long walk, the supermarket's talents have been asked to find a delicious restaurant (the hotel will turn left about 500 meters after going out). There is also the hot spring water is too hot, higher than 40 degrees, can not stand for a few minutes."

This time I stayed at Unzen Kyushu Hotel, which is worth recommending.
The hotel charges a certain level of fees, but in terms of quality and quantity, it is very cost-effective.
Room - The superb semi-Western-style room is over 600 square feet, with a Japanese-style living space, a Western-style sofa, a large terrace with a corner outdoor sofa, plenty of living space, a king-size bed, and most importantly, the room has its own private semi-open-air hot spring bath, which is private and comfortable, without having to go to a public hot spring.
Hotel positioning and layout - The hotel is positioned as a prestigious hotel. When guests check in, they first sit on the sofa in the lobby. The front desk clerk will come forward to give an overall introduction to the hotel and its various facilities, and arrange dinner and breakfast times. The hotel has been renovated in recent years, and the interior and exterior are still clean, stylish and elegant.
Landscape - Each room faces Unzen Hell, with spectacular and beautiful scenery. It is equipped with one-way reflective glass, so you don't need to draw the curtain when walking in the room. It is private and safe, with plenty of natural light.
One night and two meals + free alcoholic drinks - The hotel offers one night and two meals (two meals and one night). Dinner is Japanese-French fusion cuisine with a total of 8 courses, as well as desserts, coffee and tea. Each dish is very exquisite and must be eaten with a camera first.
The breakfast was amazing, the western breakfast had four courses, the Japanese was very rich and the milk was delicious.
We had dinner in the restaurant building, which faces the first section of Unzen Hell. It had a wide view, western-style seats, and was very spacious. The waiters provided first-rate service and changed tableware for every dish. The dinner experience alone paid for the room.
In addition, the hotel provides free flow alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in the second-floor lounge and rooftop leisure space in the afternoon and evening, which is really worth the money.
Service - All the bartenders are professional, polite and friendly. The manager speaks good English and other colleagues are equipped with translation equipment. Communication is completely trouble-free and guests are provided with good service and a homely feeling.
If you are traveling to the Unzen area of the Minamoto Peninsula on Kyushu Island, Japan, you may consider the Unzen Kyushu Hotel.

TTaomimamaThe hotel is in a good location. You can take the Shima Railway Bus to Unzen Station. The main reason for staying here is to see the scenery. You can go to the various springs on the mountain to see them. It is more spectacular in the morning, which is a rare view. The hotel's dinner and breakfast are quite delicious, but the dinner time is a bit longer.
The large bathhouse has indoor and outdoor areas. We went there in the morning and there were few people.
There are some snack shops and set meal restaurants around, but I didn't go there. I bought pancakes in the shops.
Unzen is on the mountain. If you take the bus, you must pay attention to the time. It's my first time to take the bus on the winding mountain road😅

From the moment I stepped into my room, I was greeted by the soothing warmth of the private hot spring. The comfortable bed provided a perfect retreat after a day of exploration.
The highlight, however, was the delightful dinner experience. The summer menu featured a fusion of Japanese ingredients and Western cooking techniques. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared, with fresh flavors that allowed us to taste the local ingredients.
Since we don’t speak Japanese. The staff patiently explained each dish, making the dining experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, the service was exceptional, and the combination of comfort, cuisine, and attentive staff made our stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hot spring hotel to anyone seeking a relaxing getaway.

The hotel is located in Unzen City, which is a resort for Kyushu people. The Unzen Hell Scenic Area is right next to the main road. It is very large and feels more shocking than the Hell Valley in Hakone. The hotel's breakfast and dinner are gorgeous, but to be honest, the meat is a bit thin. The open-air bath and large bath are both good, especially the open-air bath facing the forest landscape and open for a long time.
The best thing is the service. Although some service staff don't speak English very well, they are very enthusiastic. Knowing that we didn't drive by ourselves, they sent us to another city a hundred kilometers away in a commercial vehicle.
In fact, the transportation of the hotel itself is also very convenient. If you come from Shimabara, you can arrive directly at the hotel door. If you come from Isahaya or Nagasaki, the bus will go to the city center and you need to transfer or walk to the hotel in about 15 minutes. The only drawback is that the room does not have a bathroom, which is more like a traditional Japanese hotel.

AAnonymous UserA very good hot spring hotel. We chose the one-stay, two-dinner package. The price is relatively beautiful. The mountain view + lake view are very beautiful. Ms. Miyoshi Mao who checked in was very patient and explained the relevant matters to us. The person who led us to the room, made the bed, and checked out was another young lady with bangs who was a little fat. Her service attitude was very good and she was also patient! I like her very much, but it's a pity that she doesn't have another name brand. I don't know her name.
Hygiene: Very good, very clean. The sheets were brand new when the bed was made, and the towels and bathrobes were very clean.
Environment: So beautiful! The transportation is convenient and it is not big. It is very comfortable to walk around. There is an express bus that goes directly to Nagasaki City in one and a half hours, which is very convenient. The room itself was quite large, very standard Japanese style room. In addition to shared bathrooms, rooms also have their own bathrooms and bathtubs. The toiletries are from Pola, which is very good.
Facilities: complete. The toiletries provided in public bathrooms are of good quality and variety. There are indoor hot springs and outdoor hot spring sauna rooms, and towels and ice water are provided. The only drawback is that the shoe cabinet on the ladies' side is not very useful. The open-air hot springs and the scenery in the room are so beautiful. Unzen is a town that I will go to for vacation again. Let’s talk about the food. Breakfast and dinner are both exquisite and are the legendary kaiseki cuisine. The guy who served the food was gentle and patient, very nice~

정말 좋은 경험이었습니다
모든직원이 매우 친절하시고 상냥했으며 시설은 오래된 느낌이나 관리가 잘되어 있어 오히려 좋았습니다
객실은 다다미방이었는데로 옛날느낌이 살아 있고 바다를 바로 바라볼 수 있어서 근사했습니다
온천 또한 1층도 좋았지만 5층 옥상의 온천은 19:30이후부터 30분 간격으로 객실당 프라이빗하게 이용할 수 있었고 그 이전에는 자유롭게 이용 가능한데 파란하늘과 바다를 바라보며 온천을 하는것이 너무 기분이 좋았네요
식사 또한 석식은 물론 조식도 아주 정갈하고 하나하나 다 맛있어서 싹 비우게 되었네요
여행와서 제대로 대접받는 느낌을 받고 왔네요
