My boyfriend and I arrived in Uralsk for a couple of days, stayed in an apartment, but decided to spend the last day in a hotel for temporary registration. It didn't take long to choose, the location is good: there is a cell phone store, a bank, and central streets nearby. In appearance, Sayahat looks good: beautiful retro with charm. The staff was also friendly. However, when we entered the room, we immediately regretted it. We were accommodated in room 203, but were told that it was the last one available. It’s immediately clear why: torn out sockets, smoky furniture and stench, all the equipment is broken, furniture from the prehistoric era, linen…. The linen is so worn that it is frayed everywhere, the same goes for the towels. By the way, the two of us were given one small towel, which couldn’t even be used to dry ourselves completely, fortunately we didn’t dare to take a shower. Everything looked dirty, there were insects in the shower, dust, debris, bandages, etc. on the carpet, meaning they didn't vacuum at all. There is a layer of dust everywhere, the only light blinks. The air conditioning did not work, and the window was the size of A4 and did not ventilate at all. Also, Wi-Fi is available only at the reception. In the morning we ran away from such happiness, we rented for 12 hours, which cost us 9,000 tenge, when the room for a day is 18,000. This is an outright robbery, we paid almost the same for an apartment with a good shower, washing machine, air conditioner, Wi-Fi and a kitchen. DO NOT COME!!!! P.S. In the morning the staff changed and we were told that they didn’t know what kind of certificate we needed and there was almost a scandal. The photo shows the bed
