The hotel is beautiful, if there are any drawbacks, lighting and soundproofing can be improved. The whirlpool bathtub is greatly appreciated. Huge room.

Ya conocía el hotel y sus puntos fuertes siguen siendo la ubicación, la comodidad de las camas, la calidad de las toallas y la bañera de hidromasaje en caso de contar con ella en la habitación. No he disfrutado de la comida en ninguna de sus opciones por lo que no puedo opinar al respecto.
En cuanto a las carencias, la estructura de construcción de las habitaciones hace que se oigan y se perciban con claridad las conversaciones de habitaciones aledañas (unos buenos tapones lo solucionan) y la limpieza en esta ocasión me ha dejado y por el polvo acumulado en el mobiliario y los pelos en el baño. El SPA está obsoleto, estaría bien actualizarlo. A pesar de todo la estancia es cómoda y repetiría pero como ya sugerí anteriormente, un hotel de 4 estrellas se define por la atención al detalle.

This is a comfortable hotel. The staff are helpful. The rooms are modern,ours had a comfy bed and a fridge. The spa was pricey and the spa pool had to be booked 1hour for €22 each adult. I’ve stayed in spa hotels before and the pool part /sauna have been free to use for hotel guests. The breakfast was the usual buffet style and ok. They’re only 2 restaurants/bars for food open in this town and a few drinking bars. It was October so maybe more are open in the summer. The hotel does snacks at lunchtime but no evening meals.

Las peores habitaciones en las q he estado . Frías , Con humedades , las paredes mojadas y la calefacción rota . Los baños sin puertas , antiguos .los colchones super incómodos Un hotel de una estrella ⭐ y regalada . No voy a volver .una experiencia malísima . El Balneario pequeño y no tiene nada del otro mundo , ni siquiera un jacuzzi. Las aguas más bien frías . Fue un dinero tirado ese fin de semana

Hace años hice una entrada de día al circuito del balneario y no me convenció demasiado, este mes en cambio estuve solo tomando algo en la cafetería y fue muy agradable tanto la atención como el ambiente. No demasiado caro el servicio para ser un hotel. La decoración es acogedora.
