Hotel is old. Hotel floor corridors are dim. Fulton are too thin. It is the first onsen hotel did not supply body location in the public bath. Room amenities such as facial products, utensils, coffee are not place in the lobby. They are in the front office counter drawer. You have to ask to get it.
But there are special shops inside the hotel. That is amazing. Free welcome green tea for each guest.
Morning 9:00-10:00 public bath stop operate for cleaning.

Hotel is classic. Aged. Not able to use the hot tub in room as it take me long time to clean I believe.
No need to order breakfast, it was held in a big hall and food was very simple and not worth to wake up early for that.

It is an excellent onsen hotel. The service is wonderful. The facility is very good. The dinner and the breakfast are very, very delicious. I have to praise the people working in the hotel as they really care about the customer and explain everything in detail. Excellent experience.

Highly recommended, you must stay here once. There is a shuttle service to and from the JR station. The waitresses are very professional, worthy of the grade of a hot spring resort hotel.
The hotel's public space is amazing. It should have been specially designed by a designer. It is very novel and smart. Every corner is like a work of art. The seats, decorations, sofas, and shops are all modern, but also have Japanese characteristics. You must go to the bar for a drink at night. It is a great value. This hotel is relatively large and divided into several areas. There should be more private and high-end guest rooms.

but the hotel is 7-8 minutes away from the bus terminal.

The guy who served us spoke fluent Chinese (maybe from Hong Kong or Taiwan?) and was very friendly and enthusiastic. He also helped us solve the problem of sending luggage to Nagasaki. The Japanese-style room is very large with a deep courtyard, and the price-performance ratio is very high. The breakfast is a buffet, and the taste is average compared to other hot spring hotels, but overall it is a high score. By the way, Ureshino Onsen is really great.
