Otelin konumunu bulmak zor. Odalar genel olarak temiz olsa da önünde kurumuş pis bir dere var ve odada kelebek, böcek, kırkayak gördük. Ayrıca akşam bahçesinde otururken sansar da gördük. Asıl yaşadığımız sorun ise otelin giriş çıkış saatlerini tamamen bir sonraki müşteriye göre ayarlıyorlar. İlk gün akşam 18.00 da odayı teslim ettiler. Odanın geç teslim edildiğini normalden daha uzun süre konaklamak istediğimizi söylediğimizde ise bir sonraki müşterinin geleceğini 13.30 da çıkış yapmamız gerektiğini sert bi dille ifade ettiler. Yani rezervasyon yaptırdıktan, ücreti ödedikten sonra siz artık önemli bir müşteri olmuyorsunuz. Bunları bilerek gelinmeli. Biz bir daha konaklamayı asla düşünmüyoruz.

Özenli, temiz ve konuksever bir otel. Urla’nın merkezinde olduğu için gezilecek yerlere, bağlara, restoranlara ulaşımı yürüyerek ya da arabayla çok rahat. Zaten otel personeli sizi yönlendiriyor. 2021 Temmuz’da ilk defa konaklamıştık, sonrasında 2022 Mayıs’da bir daha konakladık. Harika bir tatil geçirmemize büyük katkı sağladılar. Urla ve çevresi hakkında verdikleri bilgiler ve şarap tadımı hakkındaki önerileri bizi çok memnun etti. Aynı zamanda çok sakin, huzurlu ve keyifli bir ambiyansa sahip bir otel. Kahvaltıları çok çok güzel, yerel ürünleri tatma imkanı sunuyor. Otel ekibi her zaman yardıma hazır. Buse Hanım ve ekibine çok teşekkür ederiz :)
