Trop de chose en supplement (tv, Internet obligé car 0 réseau, lit a faire ....) Piscine un peu froid a mon gout et un peu dangereue car il ilot ) Parking loin du logement

Nous avons séjourné pour un court séjour dans cette résidence . Nous avons eu un très bon accueil et les infrastructures nous ont satisfait. La directrice est une personne très humaine avec un bon sens relationnel avec sa clientèle. Nous reviendrons certainement repasser un séjour là-bas .

Très belle résidence. Accueil très chaleureux. Mais toutes les prestations sont hors de prix. 30 euros de frais de dossier alors que j’ai tout rempli moi même en ligne. 50 euros pour 4 wifi et 40 euros de télévision. Vous devriez au moins offrir la télévision

Nous avons séjourné cette semaine à Urrugne - Le Domaine d’Uhaina et je voulais vous faire part de ma surprise de devoir prendre certaines options payante pour un minimum de confort; en effet le wifi est obligatoire (aucun réseau) et la télécommande de la tv est introuvable sauf à prendre l’option payante : je voulais juste brancher un appareil et non regarder les chaînes tv . option obligatoire = vente forcé. Je note aucun casier dans la piscine intérieur plutôt gênant pour stocker ces affaires . En point positif, la résidence est calme et propre.
