What a way to acclimatize before hiking. The rooms and property are lovely. Excellent service throughout but a shoutout to Dora (masseuse) and Sabrina in the restaurant. Loved the pool too! The spa is tiny but serene. Obviously feed the baby alpacas.

The hotel and surrounding views are incredibly beautiful. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. The food is delicious. Belmond takes care of so many fine details that make the stay very special. Wish we had spent more time here and I would highly recommend visiting.

From the first hello to the final goodbye, the staff in always there to make sure you have everything you want. A very personal experience such that at meals we were always greeted by name and aware of any dietary modifications that we had requested.

Had the perfect stay, loved seeing the resident alpacas, the suite & breakfast was lovely, pillow menu was a nice option. Anniversary gift was lovely touch. All the staff were exceptional

A little oasis in the Sacred Valley. Close enough to take a car to Pisac (highly recommend having the hotel set you up with a driver...Edgar drove us around. The car was clean and the conversation, while only in Spanish, was helpful). If you can swing it, take the train to Machu Picchu. The hotel had everything we needed. Rooms were great, food was exceptional and the property was so tranquil that we almost stayed longer.

We have stayed at many 5 stars hotels and this place really stands out among all of them. Amazing picturesque place with top notch service. If you do go to Machu Picchu consider breaking the journey and stay at this place. Hopefully we can visit again and stay longer.

Expensive but very well worth it. Location is gorgeous, and the hotel grounds are beautiful and immaculately maintained. Service, food and rooms were outstanding. A truly memorable experience and, in our case, a wonderfully relaxing way to break the journey from Cuzco to Machu Picchu.
