Ruth was extremely accommodating, friendly, helpful and polite. The food was good and the atmosphere was perfect. The price for the food and service was very good also!

We stayed here because out tour chose the hotel. We were given a dable bed, beautiful room with a big tub. we did not have time to use it. Wish we could have. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful mountains .The food at the Breakfast buffet was excellent. Plenty of blankets, The room was clean, beautiful gardens . Thank you very much, gentlemen. Management and its team are very well organized. Everyone is very attentive and helpful.

We stayed at the hotel and had dinner at the restaurant . Ruth and Ursula gave us great service with smiles!! We are vegetarian and they went above and beyond for the food and great service! Food was not in the menu but after requesting vegetarian food and made it delicious. I highly recommend this place.

My mom and I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. It's close enough to town to walk, without the hustle and bustle. The views of the farm land and sacred valley were wonderful to wake up to. One particular friendly experience that we had was when we were trying to figure out which direction to go downtown, one of the hotel workers, Ruth Doran, just got of work and offered to walk with us to downtown Urubamba. Ruth was so friendly. She let me practice my elementary Spanish with her and gave us a small tour of her town.

This is a cute hotel with beautiful grounds. It is very family friendly. My kids love the pool, yard games and breakfast buffet. Rooms are comfortable and location is close to town. You can walk or take a moto taxi. Thalia provided great service - thank you!!

We stayed here with our tour group, but it was one of my favorite hotels in Peru. The common areas were attractive and the layout of the hotels around little courtyards was really nice. The view of the mountains from our room were gorgeous. The rooms were comfortable. I do agree with a former review that addional lighting in the walkways would be helpful at night. The breakfast was great , Nelly Is a magnificent stewardess, and I loved the easy available of coca tea.

Just I want to share my experience with all of you, I used the San Agustin Hotel in Urubamba town which is located in the Sacred Valley of the Incas (cusco), me and my family dont have words to explain the accomodation in this hotel, Magaly is a very suite recepcionista and very helpful, the rooms were so confortable, very clean, breakfast not words say too, a lot of food, fresh juices and good service, the landscape was nice they have a nice patio to relax and take sun. I give 5 stars for this hotel because my family and I will never forget about this experience.

This is a lovely old hotel and the grounds are very pretty. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast provided was average with a good selection. My only complaint is that you can hear everything going in around your room and especially your neighbor. It’s a little noisy but a nice stay.
