Great location, just attached to a metro station and a lot of restaurants around. Room service is great. Being a foreigner, the check-in process was okay given that we didn’t speak much Chinese and had to use Baidu translate. I’ll share a couple of food pictures from a restaurant within 3 mins walk from the hotel.

Very good location close to subway station Teluju.room is clean and hygienic.very satisfied and would recommend this hotel to friends.

the location is excellent, just few minutes ealk to Tieluju subway station. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. i will stay here again if i visit Urumqi in the future.

If you just want to save money, just ignore what I said. The environment is really average. The side facing the road is very noisy, with the sound of cars coming and going. The room environment... I wanted to cancel and stay at Mercure at that time, but I had already checked in and couldn't cancel. The sound insulation is super poor. You can hear the shower and toilet in the next room, and the sound of the air conditioner. I strongly don't recommend it. Be good, listen to advice, book a better hotel when traveling, and never book this one again. The window was broken, and the master came to repair it temporarily. I waited for half an hour. I asked for another room, but the master said there was no room. I still went to the front desk downstairs and changed it. There were obviously rooms, and I don't know where the maintenance master got the confidence to say that the rooms were full.
Xinjiang is beautiful, and Urumqi is also beautiful.
