房間的枕頭爛了，沒有窗户，我要求有沒有高點的樓層，前台説滿房了但是我上樓看了沒滿房讓人特別失望了，點外賣也不讓送上去，但是房間乾淨，前台的服務不好

門口保安態度極差，我到前台沒人登記 我就先上去 他們給我打電話叫我下去 就準備要下去保安一個電話打過來各種吼，又沒説不下去 幹嘛發呢麼大脾氣 莫名其妙 這麼注重登記 就讓他們在崗位站好啊 過去我還要等她來嗎 已經好幾次過去等他們打掃房間，再給我辦入住，我等半個小時我就很心平氣和，搞笑了 什麼態度，我可是花錢住進去的 又不是免費住的 一直選擇這個酒店入住 還給身邊親朋好友推，草率了哈😅 再也不過去了😅😅😅😅😅俺不欠你 吼什麼吼 還差點打起來😅😅😅😅😅😅無語透了

物美價廉，周圍特別方便，有好吃的新疆菜店，還有早市，值得大家入住。跟我爸媽一起去新疆一路上訂的酒店都還不錯，這家也挺乾淨的，可以參考一下，早餐也不錯
