The two stars are given for the cleanliness of the hot spring facilities, but my husband and I paid $142 for a room with a kindergarten child, which was close to the road and had a shared bathroom. This is not like a hot spring hotel, where you need to do everything yourself, carry your luggage, make your bed, etc. It is more like a backpacker's hotel. Not even a biscuit is provided, and breakfast needs to be eaten at a coffee shop in the opposite direction, with the train station in the middle. If you don't drive and have a lot of luggage, it will be very inconvenient because the hotel does not have a pick-up service. I am surprised to pay such a price in such a small city. GOTOでどこも空室がなく、ここは一室だけ空いていたので宿泊しました。 もともと会員制の貸切風呂にお部屋が付いた施設らしく、ホテルとしての接客はないに等しいです。 フロントで説明だけしたら後はほったらかしです。 アメニティも歯ブラシすらありませんでした。 施設は古く、部屋も狭めでしたが、掃除はちゃんとされていました。 貸切風呂は気持ち良かったです。 夕食は普段カフェになっているスペースで食べましたが、鶏鍋プランを選んだのに出てきたのは豚シャブでした。 さらに残念なのは朝食です。 近くのジョイフルのチケットを渡されたので7時頃行ってみると、8時からの営業でした。それならチェックインのとき教えてよと思います。 車で20分くらいかかるところに7時から開いているジョイフルを見つけたので行ってみると、そこではチケットは使えず… 結局遠くのファミレスまで行って自腹で食べる羽目になりました。 驚きなのはこの内容で1人2万円以上取っていること。コスパは最悪です。
