Nosotros reservamos dos deptos para 4 personas cada uno. Con 4 camas cada uno. El momento de la contratación fueron super amables. Cuando un día antes nos enviaron un link para realizar el check in me mandan un link de un dpto para tres pasajeros. Les escribí para ver si era un error y les aclare que tenia dos hojas adolescentes de 14 y 16 años, x lo que necesitaba una cama para cada uno de ellos. Me respondieron que era un error de sistema y que ese dpto cumplía con mis necesidades. Cuando llegamos había un sillón endeble q no podían dormir dos chicos grandes. Pedí una solución y se negaron excusándose en mentiras. Me enviaron una reposera con un colchón para bebés. Una vergüenza, pésimo trato al turista !!! INCREÍBLE NO SE DEJEN ENGAÑAR

No hay agua caliente en las duchas!!!!!! Un desastre. Llegas con frio y no podes darte una ducha de agua caliente. Realmente imposible disfrutar unas vacaciones asi. Y por las ventanas entra mucho frio.
