The hotel is very comfortable and the staff is very nice and helpful. We had a superior room at the end of the hall that sleeps 3, so we had plenty of room to unpack our luggage. The hotel has a nice view of the channel. However, it's a taxi ride into town and back, so that limited our options somewhat. We elected to have dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was nice but nothing really special. Breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. The espresso machine dispensed great coffee; the brewed coffee offered with the buffet breakfast was awful. It looks like the rooms could use a little upgrading; the floor in our room was deteriorated. Also, the bathroom lighting was terrible. This is a good hotel for one night (our case), but we would not recommend for a stay of several nights.

The location is a 30-minute walk from the city center. The view is great, but that is about it. The room was spacious but very outdated and could use an upgrade. The breakfast is very boring, mostly cakes. There are toast, but no toaster. However, if you ask the staff, they can toast it for you. It could easily be improved. We had dinner one night, it was mediocre.

the hotel is on the outskirts of the town (10 mins taxi drive from the center) on the side of the mountain ( hence the great views over the Ushuaia bay) walk down is a nice 25 mins stroll, going back it is better to hail a cab/Uber ( easily done) staff is friendly and rooms are large ( not particularly modern) breakfast could be improved in both quality and choice

This is a fantastic little hotel with fabulous views over the beagle channel. It has a outdoor hot tub and a very nice bar and restaurant. It is walkable from the city if you are fit enough for the hike back up. The staff are friendly and the rooms spacious and well appointed.

We had a room on a high floor with views over the Beagle Channel - the view was stunning!!! The room was massive. Breakfasts were OK. Not the best, but adequate. It was a lovely hotel. In terms of location it's quite a hike up a hill from the town centre, or a quick taxi ride. It was worth it though just to have those amazing views.

Considerando che in gennaio in Argentina è piena estate quindi molta gente è in vacanza e ne approfitta per visitare le terre estreme della Patagonia come noi che andiamo sulle Dolomiti ...Ushuaia è il punto di partenza (anonimo,squallido esteso fino alla collina) per tutte le escursioni.Hotel in perfetto stile tirolese, funzionale e comodo ma lontano dal centro.Colazione standard con caffè da evitare.Convertita al thè che si fa da sé e non delude mai.

Hotel decentrato ma in posizione molto panoramica, buono il servizio e la pulizia. Comodo il servizio navetta per il centro città anche se non molto frequente. Migliorabile l'offerta della prima colazione. Buone le stanze anche se il bagno è un po' piccolo. Il front office è efficiente. Bene il deposito bagagli.

Leí malas referencias del hotel, en lo partícular se me hizo limpio, cómodo, lindo, personal amable, desayuno básico; algunas áreas aún con toques antiguos pero conservados; lejos del puerto y centro pero tienen traslado cada cierta hora y el Uber es barato. Excelentes vistas.
