Aires del Beagle Apartment

No one was on duty. I waited for nearly an hour to open the door. I didn’t answer the phone.

It is a very well-equipped aparthotel with a prime location for views of the mountains and the lake from the upper floors. Pros: - Good location: 3 minutes by car from the main street or 10 minutes on foot (but it is uphill) - Full kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, etc. - Wonderful king-size bed and great pillows - Good towels - Strong shower with very hot water - Safe - Several cable channels - Good and constant Wi-Fi - Supermarket 5 minutes walking - The sockets are compatible with Brazilian standards and there are several scattered throughout the apartment Cons: - If it is a hot day, there is no fan in the apartment - Cleaning/changing towels ONLY after 4 nights - The shower is half open with glass only on 1 side of the bathtub

The accommodation is very nice, it is somewhat far from the center, the area is very noisy due to the circulation of cars and buses. The mattresses are terrible and the heating is designed to roast humans. The cost/performance ratio is not justified from my perspective.

Super cozy apartments. They come recontra equipped: microwave, stove, cutlery and crockery, a small minibar, safe, even an iron they have. The divine bathroom. They give you towels, kitchen paper, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, detergent and some cleaning items. They are located near the center, two blocks away there is a supermarket. Check in is done at Hotel Los Naranjos, very fast. They don't give you a key, you have to download an app and the apartments are opened from your cell phone. The only observation is that the parking lot is small, the last night a truck had parked very much in the middle and we couldn't enter our car. Luckily we were able to locate the owner and he ran it for both of them to enter. Maybe it would be good to define the spaces 😊

I want to report my dissatisfaction with Aires del Beagle Apartment and my stay there. First and foremost, I first approached them with my complaint and THEY DIDN'T DEIGN TO RESPOND. They ignored my messages and did not provide me with any type of compensation. That said, I'm going to tell you about the experience. The room, located in a BASEMENT, had nothing to do with the 44 photos published on Booking about the establishment. We arrived, and there was a sewage smell throughout the apartment. Although they solved this problem (partially) on day 2, we lived with odor vapors throughout our stay. As if this were not enough, all the times we wanted to watch a series on TV we couldn't because it DIDN'T WORK. Nobody took charge of repairing it. It had been decisive when choosing an establishment, knowing that it had a TV. We expect some type of recognition or refund from Booking, since unfortunately Aires del Beagle not only did not take charge, but did not even RESPONSE to our complaint. We are deeply disappointed with our stay since it did not live up to what it promises to be on Booking. We have been users for a long time, and we have never felt so disappointed; We feel cheated because we spent a lot of money, and when we hired the service the conditions were different.
