The only advantage is the good location, near the main street. Very close to the pier and bus station.
Disadvantages: The room is too small and there is no place to put the suitcase. The bathroom is even smaller, only about half a square meter, and there is a lot of bumping around when taking a shower. It is simply not designed for humans. The rooms facing the street are not soundproof and are very noisy. It is still more comfortable to stay in domestic hotels.
