"Trip was booked as I was meeting someone at the mooring of my boat nearby. excellent location, and had opportunity to play tennis an swim, I also took advantage of the beautician having a manicure ready for an interview... im extremely pleased with the stay, room 51 was perfect for my requirements room 47 was lovely for my daughter. I will stay there again."

"I booked it based on the map. It looked like it was not far from the main road, so I thought the traffic would be convenient. But it was not. You need to drive a short distance to get in and out, which is troublesome when you meet other cars. The hotel itself is very good. Christmas is coming soon, and the decoration is very warm. The breakfast is also delicious."

"A little disappointed by a TV whose bandwidth did not allow you to follow the great rugby match... neither the sound nor the image was fluid! The mattress on the little one's sofa bed was really more than average comfortable compared to the prices. The shower head is fixed to the wall, it reminded me more of camping than a 3-star hotel… And finally, the toaster attacked my sandwich bread and came out almost burnt... In short, a little hollow!"

USB sockets, reading lights and lamps, Samsung 32” Smart TV compatible with with mobile phones, tablets and pc/lap. Desk with desk lamp and luggage storage along with open wardrobe and bedside drawers/unit. Large full size mirror. The Queen size bed is comfortable and has plenty of pillows/bedding. Bathroom is one of the best I have seen In hotels with modern and clean fittings. Subway tiling with chrome finish fittings, large bath with waterfall shower and over bath shower attachment for when just your hair needs washing. Huge fitted mirror with lighting and ample space for your toiletries etc. Towel rail and door hooks all complete the better than most bathroom. Towels and toiletries/hand wash/kettle and mugs, glasses, quality hangers and the attention to details all complete a good value room. The hotel flows on to the pub/ restaurant. Being Green King the food is all good. An extensive food and drinks menu. Easy and user friendly app allows ordering from your table for food and drinks. Overall the convenience of both hotel and bar with good service and good value a highly recommendable place to stay whether your here for business, leisure or just a night or two r&r The New Inn @ Green King always hits the mark. If you have breakfast with room it's served at the restaurant with hot & cold options Continental and Full English. Both perfectly presented and quality products. Parking for guests is free and input of car registration avoids any after stay fees."
