What a great little hotel in a lovely place! It is clean and large enough to be professionally run and managed, yet small enough to feel like a family fun place. It is located just off the town square in a quiet side street and is about 5-10 minutes walk down the hill to the harbour front and the ferry. The hill from the ferry harbour up to the town and the hotel is quite steep but the hotel laid on a car to take us and our bags up and down at the start and end of our stay. My friend and I stayed there recently for a scuba diving trip on the island and the owners Fabio and Rosselita gave us a lovely welcome, and our twin room was comfortable and clean with a balcony overlooking the quiet street. We had to get up early each day to catch our dive boat so the lovely breakfast we had each morning was very welcome, and the smart breakfast room overlooking the town and the Mediterranean sea was clean and tidy. And being Italy the breakfast coffee is amazing!

I went with friends from a Facebook site that is interested in baseball. The old sports garment was revitalized and a tournament was also organised. I found a positive atmosphere with great kindness and desire to please the customer. Really friendly and helpful staff. Recommended without conditions.

I was supposed to stay for just one day but then I felt so good that I extended for another day. Rossella, Clelia and Cinzia are fantastic, always available. This is a hotel right in the center of town. Comfortable, functional and quiet rooms. It is an eco friendly structure as plastic is banned. Guests are given the opportunity to fill their water bottles for free at any time of the day or night. The property also offers a transfer service to and from the ship or hydrofoil. Rossella at the reception is always ready to satisfy guests' needs. It almost feels like being with family or old friends. It is certainly an experience worth repeating. Thank you

Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte ma sufficiente per apprezzare la gentilezza e disponibilità di Rossella e del suo staff. Stanza pulita, comoda e accogliente. Colazione molto abbondante con torte, croissant, fette biscottate, ottime marmellate… Ci torneremo sicuramente

Ciao siamo Manfredi e Riccardo Sicuramente se veniamo di nuovo verremo da voi: 1. Si mangia bene 2. Abbiamo trovato due amici: 1 Giovanni (la tartaruga) 2 Carlo (il cavallo all’ ingresso di legno) 3. Abbiamo raccolto dall’orto:melanzane (che abbiamo arrostito al barbecue fuori),limoni,melograni,1 pesca e dei pomodorini 4. Vista fantastica e soprattutto le camere spettacolari!!! Grazie di tutto da Riky 9anni ,Samu 6 anni e Manfredi 9anni Un saluto grande a Clelia e Cinzia che ci faceva colazioni buonissime

Sabato 29 Giugno ci siamo sposati ad Ustica ed abbiamo soggiornato all'Hotel Clelia. Da dove cominciare? Posizione ottima, centralissima, camere spaziose e pulite, buonissima colazione in terrazza, ma soprattutto gentilezza e cortesia del personale. Cinzia e Clelia due fantastiche "padrone di casa" che ci hanno accolto a braccia aperte e con un gran sorriso e ci hanno guidato passo passo durante la nostra permanenza sull'isola! I miei genitori hanno alloggiato nei loro appartamenti vista mare, a due passi dal centro..Carinissimi! Ci siamo sentiti "a casa"! Super consigliato!
