Beautiful condo in downtown Utica. This beautiful condo features exposed stone and an open concept entertaining space including a bar with mini fridge and bar tools. 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms allow for plenty of comfortable sleeping for your entire group along with a sleeper sofa in the second living area. Master bedroom has a king bed, its own bathroom, and walk in closet. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds and the third has a queen bed and extra twin cot. They share a bathroom with double sinks. Large kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven and microwave complete with cooking utensils, pots and pans, small appliances, and basic cooking ingredients. Complimentary tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. This unit has its own laundry room with detergent provided as well. Young families are provided with a pack n play, high chair, and children's tableware.
