Hotel service is good. 2nd floor of residential area, about 15 minutes walk from downtown When I first saw the building, I thought it was a cafe. It's an old building and it's practical, so the toilet and shower are We're going to use it as a minimum space. Clean and uncomfortable. It's completely different from the gorgeous hotel accommodations in the new city. I was satisfied. Nevertheless, the price is not cheap, so it's a bit unfortunate. This is a temporary reservation decision, we are too tired in Cologne and afraid that it is boring to go to Dusse and live alone, so we will work in Utrecht for three hours. There is a car from the central station bus stop in less than 10 minutes to the hotel, a quiet road, in addition to the street lights at the door and cute electronic torches... In fact, I have been to the Netherlands for more than a week and I still want to live in residential houses. We chose this place on Saturday night. It turns out to be a good choice. The whole house has three floors on the ground and underground. The room is bigger than I thought. Because of the height difference here, I feel that the house is semi-underground. I took the key at the front desk and returned to the street to change a door. But the two windows of the room feel like the first floor. The garden outside the window is the garden. The breakfast room is the kind of family atmosphere I imagined with chandeliers, heating and even newspapers. There are also many Miffy Rabbit elements. Children are very happy to have breakfast... The whole process is two staff, a young man, a night shift, and an old grandfather receives the room card in the morning. It is very interesting. The price is slightly higher on weekends, but it is a good experience.

The hotel is stunning! The first moment when I walked in I thought I was going to a beautiful restaurant. There's a smart locker for my luggage as I arrive very early in the morning. Self-check-in is super easy, the staffs are super friendly. The pod room is super clean and quiet, the bed is MASSIVE and comfortable, love the smart control colour change light inside the pod. The storage area under the pod is very convenient and secure ( use the room key to open it). There are plenty of shower rooms and toilets so you don't need to line up for it. The water temperature and press are perfect, and towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hairdryer are all available to use. I am super happy with the stay, sadly I didn't have the chance to try their food, but I am more than happy to come back to stay again and try the food and drink. BTW, it's only a couple minutes' walk from the Utrecht train station, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops surrounded.

The first time I stayed in this hotel a few weeks ago was perfect, but the most recent time there was a problem with sewage which caused a bad smell in the hotel. A complaint was raised. The hotel should have done more to comfort guests during this situation. I hope this never happens again.

Nice, clean hotel in a great location for the train/tram and football stadium. Check in was quick and got a nice g&t welcome drink. Service was quick and the staff were friendly. The room was nice, but the view wasn’t the best. No kettle facilities in the room which is a must for me! However, they serve hot and cold drinks downstairs. The outdoor area on the canal was lovely in the sun! Would definitely stay again.

The location of the hotel is very good, the environmental sanitation is in place, and it is very convenient to go everywhere. The hotel is along the street, and the noise of cars and bars downstairs is somewhat affected. In short, the experience is good.

Very nice hotel! We had a small issue when you open a window the air starts to whistle under the door, so you cannot keep the window at night, only temporary. One important thing - the PIZZA in the bar IS AMAZING! Must try.
