This is the third time I've stayed here as a place for relatives from far away. I think it's in a great location, close to Utsunomiya Station and the hospital. This is the second time I've used the breakfast option. This time, they had a Western-style breakfast. There was a woman at the reception wearing a name tag saying she was on training, but she handled the situation without any problems. She also signed in smoothly on my behalf to check in. Thank you for your help. I'd like to use this hotel again in the future.

It is said to be directly connected to the station, but I'm not sure if it can be called directly connected, but it is certainly close. Even with a suitcase, I was able to get to the hotel without any problems by using the elevator and escalator. As for cleaning, the basics were basic, so it seemed a little clean. There were some amenities at the front desk, and there were many bath salts, which was nice, but there was no instant coffee in the room or at the front desk, which was a bit disappointing.

The service/room facilities are good. There are FamilyMart and 7-11 120 meters away from the hotel. Just a reminder, don’t trust the distance estimates on Google Maps. It’s a 12-minute walk from Utsunomiya Station (I couldn’t walk even if you gave me an hour). To QQ), take the bus for 4 stops, a 9-minute drive.

The room is very good, the hotel location is very good, just next to the station, it is convenient to eat and shop around (especially the dumplings of Yudu Palace 🥟), travel by Shinkansen, tram, bus is very convenient everywhere, will come again next time!

My first trip to Utsunomiya. The hotel is right in front of the Romantic Village, so it is close to tourist spots such as Wakatake no Mori and Otani Museum, as well as the Romantic Village, and is in a good location if you have a car. The hotel is clean, and there is a small shop where you can buy alcohol and snacks to enjoy in the lobby. Free coffee, instant tea, and black tea are available in the lobby. The room is small, but the space is well utilized, so there is a sofa, which is nice. There is no bathtub. This was my first time staying at this type of Marriott, and it was great considering the price and location.

Service was excellent! Some staff can speak English. Busy hotel but got enough parking. Location is convenient, there are restaurant nearby. Room is semi-double but we got enough space. Got breakfast however the breakfast time is pretty early from 6am to 8:30am. (Check out time is 10am) We went down at 7:45am, but food was almost gone, but staff no refill anymore, this might need to be improved. Also the room inside and the bathroom are a bit old, carpet is a bit dirty, this might need to be improved too. But overall, its pretty good to stay a few nights.
