Hotels near Former Shinohara Family Residence, Utsunomiya

It's bigger than the other Fairfield inns I've stayed in Japan. Connected to a roadside station with restaurants and an expensive grocery store. Across the street from an onsen. I still love the design. My lady and I eat breakfast and dinner in the lobby kitchen area. We love that we can use the microwave and toaster to warm up our meals. The free instant miso soup is yummy.

Great Stay with Convenient Location! I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making it a relaxing place to unwind. The onsen (hot spring) facility was a fantastic bonus—perfect for soothing tired muscles after a day of exploring. One of the best things about this hotel is its convenient location. There’s a McDonald’s just downstairs, which was great for quick meals or late-night snacks. Plus, it’s close to public transport and attractions, making it easy to get around. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, relaxing onsen, and excellent location. Would definitely stay here again!

This time, I stayed with breakfast on the old Oshu Kaido trip and stayed on the old Nikko Kaido trip about 10 years ago. At a nostalgic hotel, there were many shops nearby where I could eat dumplings for dinner, and I enjoyed the town of dumplings. I had a delicious breakfast at a restaurant in Le.

If you don't need to be right by the train station this is a good option. It is 1km walk. Residential neighborhood with a grocery store and other stores nearby. Faces the river. Feels like an English Bed and Breakfast. The service and food were the stars. We had breakfast 2 mornings and 1 dinner. All were excellent. 

I always stay here when I go to Utsunomiya for work. I drive, so I don't have to worry about parking, and best of all, the cleaning is thorough, and the bedding and pajamas are always clean, which is a relief. The bathtub is large, so I always bring disposable bath salts and can relax and relieve my fatigue. I'm grateful that there is coffee at the front desk. I've just returned from a long trip abroad, and I'm really grateful for how clean this hotel is and how thoughtful the staff are. I think it's wonderful that Japanese people do their jobs properly!

There are also commercial facilities and tram stations that can be walked nearby. Quiet hotel built just one from the main street! There is a bar on the first floor and there is a massage. There was a convenience store right in front of me. Resident parking lot は No material で You can stop in the hotel. There was also a large parking lot next door. The hotel is old, but it was beautiful and the staff were friendly. I would like to ask if I have another chance!

There is a humidifier in the room, which is very grateful for this season. The large communal bath, breakfast and coffee service (Doutor!) are all available but low price. I was able to spend comfortably without any inconvenience. I want to use it again.

This hotel has convenient facilities nearby. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are very kind and polite. There is a parking lot downstairs, which is convenient for self-driving tours. The breakfast is also good. You can give it a try.

The hotel is cozy rather than spacious, but the bed and bathroom were clean and comfortable for a short stay of 1-2 nights. Its location is convenient, just a short walk from the JR station. However, one thing to note is that the soundproofing could be better, as I could hear laughter and chatter from the hotel opposite until late at night.

There is a bus stop right in front of the Hotel , which take only 11min to get to and back the Utsonomiya station.
