The experience at Sterling was one of the best one. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Housekeeping staff was very quick. V had a super experience at reception. Restaurant staff Mayank, Jaya and Rania are very good. Service excellent!

I'm Dheeraj Raikar Main yahan per ruka tha 19 March ko Main aur Meri wife ke sath ruka tha, ka bahut friendly hai,yahan ka breakfast aur lunch dinner bahut badhiya hai, yahan ka staff rani, jaya bahut friendly hai, Bina bataye hamare sare madad karte The swimming pool thoda deep hai ,Kash vah thoda kam theek hota jaise ki 4.5 or 4.8, swimming pool best of rehate hain na vah bhi bahut friend leta hamesha hamare Sath hi rahata hai jo bhi chahie tha vah fatafat Se lakar hamare Sath khelta bhi tha uska naam mujhe maloom nahin but usko thanks karna meri taraf se...Had a wonderful time in Sterling Hotel Karwar....

Excellent service! Great Rooms. Service at the restaurant was really very good. Jaya, Raniya, Gajanan, were extremely courteous, helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our meals and it was really delicious. The housekeeping staff were also very prompt. Front office girls made our checkin and check out very smooth. Smiling faces everywhere made our stay worthwhile! All the best to all

We had a superb experience at sterling karwar for year end holidays. Near and Clean rooms. Quick service all around. Good food. I am thankful to sterling karwar for giving me an early check-in and late check-out despite high season. We had a good conversation and a nice meeting with the Sterling training head Mr. Vivek Sharma. All the staff are really polite and well behaved. Front office people are really helpful.

When we came for the first time in this hotel - it was in 2014 - everything was unknown. Unknown country, unknown city, unknown people around. Really, we were strangers. And the then hotel's manager told us: "You are now very far away from your families, so, we are now your family." Now, after so many visits to Karwar and a lot of staying in the hotel, I understand what he meant. For us, there is no official atmosphere here but a family atmosphere. Five-star hotels in big cities can be proud of their five-star service, but instead everything is official there. However, we prefer family atmosphere, because it gives necessary comfort and calmness. We are not strangers now for this place.

The staff are friendly and courteous. We reached late as we were travelling from far. The hotel is right on the Nh66 highway and very convenient. They upgraded us to a suite room. The rooms are clean, spacious, and with balcony in both the inner and outer room. Each room had a separate ac and partition to make the temp in each different. Room comes with a locker, huge TV, huge sofa and side chairs. It is part of the Sterling chain and it shows. The breakfast spread was decent as well. Would definitely stay again if in Karwar. Food was great and tasty.

Loved the seafood! Would recommend.Soup was great! Loved how it was full of veggies. The Paneer was tender and very flavourful. The mixed soda was on the sweeter end but really helped cut down the savouriness of the king fish. Overall 9.5 out of 10

The room abinance and the room service is very good. They provided for whatever we asked for to makeour stay convenient. They also have a pool. Especially, the complimentary breakfast is really nice. The staff crews Jaya, Latika and Raniya explained the availability of items and suggested good items that made an excellent breakfast. I strongly suggest here.
