The staff was extremely friendly. It was a raining day. In case to get wet, he told me to park at their hall way and take the luggage in. I can either leave the car key to the front desk or park the car in the parking lot. It's so sweet of the staff. I do love their service so far.
Later on, when I got into the room, I found out that I booked a smoking room, the wrong room type of what I needed. I am allergic to the smoking room. I asked the staff to help out. He went to the manager and my room was swapped to "301". So Awesome!! I was upgraded to a huge family room with 2 big beds and a big long sofa. I believe that was their last non-smoking room since that was a Saturday night. Thank you so so much. I do appreciate that.
The hotel is across from the JP station. It is so convenient to get almost everything.

Facilities: The hotel software is very good, which somewhat makes up for the shortcomings of its hardware... The twin room is quite large and has a three-person sofa, but the bathroom is too small and the steps are high.
Hygiene: Although the decoration is old, it is still clean and tidy.
Environment: The hotel is in an excellent location, just opposite Uwajima JR Station. The town is very quiet. The barbecue restaurant recommended by the lady at the front desk is quite good👌It is only a ten-minute walk from the hotel.
Service: The luggage stored after check-in has been sent to the room, and the front desk's enthusiastic and patient service is impeccable. Recommended if you are not a long-term resident.

I stayed in a twin room, and the bed was spacious and clean, and the room was larger than I expected, so it was comfortable. It would have been nice to have coffee sticks as well as tea packs. Also, the TV was located next to my pillow, so it was difficult to watch while sleeping. The step between the room and the unit bath was quite deep, making it a bit difficult to get in and out, and the door to the unit bath was difficult to close.
