I booked last minute for a work reason from the moment i rung the bell i was greeted by the most friendly lady who could not do enough for me and straight away I noticed how spotless clean and a fresh smell straight away she explained everything to me and took my details showed me around and went over and beyond to make me feel welcome my room was fresh and bedding smelt of comfort which told me how clean it was i would stay again and have recommended to other staff thank you bindi see you again

The room was plenty big with two double beds and these were very comfortable. The room was warm and we needed to keep the window open, maybe they should reduce the temperature in the rooms. The staff were absolutely brilliant and polite without doubt no faults there. The spa was ok. We stayed 3 night in the hotel and the beds were never made since we first arrived, no fresh towels any day arrived at the room and room or bin in the room never cleaned. The food in the bar was only ok it’s would be ok if you just wanted a snack after getting back to the hotel or before leaving. We arrived on the sat and sat and sun nights we slept great but then when the students arrived back to collage the Monday night we couldn’t sleep with all the shouting, noise, and music so loud across the road in that accommodation or wherever they were. To make it worse we had to close the window due to the noise and then as a result the room was very hot. 100% to the staff they were fantastic and any hotel would be glad to have them. Usually in some cases the staff let the hotel down but in this case this hotel let their staff down by bad management.

Where do I even begin. For quite some time now, this Premier Inn has felt like home. What started as weekend escapes, it had now become a temporary residence for the past month for us and our baby boy while we are in the process of buying a property. The cleanliness is top notch and always has been. This is a place where we feel is at top hygiene, not just for us but for our baby too. The restaurant is fantastic, offering a good variety of choice at breakfast and dinner also and always cooked to perfection. The location is excellent, with just a short walk away to the main town centre and for the station for me to get to to work. Finally, the staff. How can I start to say that the guys that work here can quickly feel like family after a time. Nothing is ever too much trouble, we have had excellent conversations and great laughs. I must give a huge shout out especially to Raakesh, Candi, Franca and Leah who have had to accommodate us for some time and done this with a big smile and a helping hand every time. We all go our way to find a little magic spark in our daily life. We found ours the day we found our way here xx

I arrived here late after 23/00 but check in was still flawless. The roles warm. Well lit and comfortable. There was a microwave and fridge as well but this was the family room. Will gladly stay again. There is also a free car park which is very handy.

Room was warm and cosy. Positioned in an ideal place just outside London but without all the hustle and bustle. Fridge in room was handy. Kindly catered for us and our 3 dogs. Large Tesco just a few minutes drive away which was handy and not too far from the A40/M40.

This excellent hotel is a good value. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were nice extra touches like delicious chocolates provided for free. It was perfect for attending a conference at Brunel University. The hotel is attached to a good pub. It is just a short, convenient bus ride to Heathrow or to the pleasant shopping area in Uxbridge and the tube. This is a much better value than staying in London.

stay here regualy staff always friendly and welcome the welcome was slightly different this time due to the covid but they did there best with there limitations although they had no dinner avalible Sorana gave me good recomendations of local takeaways to order from and chris helped me with my wifi (im usless with tech) during my 2 days i had an issue with my kettle and Kuchi changed for me without any issues this team are always there ready to help no matter ill be back soon! thank you again
