So I had to write about our recent stay in vivanta. Now it is firstly a beautiful Hotel easily accessible with great food but the thing that sets this hotel apart and gives it the taj tag are the staff! My friend was sadly sick from the day we started our trip but the only reason we survived is because of the help of Julip, Rajendra and Neelima . From helping us to get a place to settle in before our check in , to fetching meds ,food they were there. So thank you so so much you guys for making our stay beautiful ❤️❤️❤️

The service here is incredible. I brang my mum here for holiday and to see some family and the staff here have been wonderful to me and my mum. She has enjoyed talking to all the staff who are respectable and responsive towards my mother from the security, front desk, mynt restaurant and cleaning staff, everyone has provided incredible service and have been so nice to us during our stay. I can't describe how happy I am that everyone has made my stay so comfortable especially for my mum and I appreciate everyone so much for their hospitality. I have been here a few times before and will always continue to stay here in my future arrivals in Vadodara. The Mynt Restaurant is incredible and the staff there are amazing! You must go for the experience, you won't regret it!

The best hotel experience... polite staff .. yummy cuisine... great ambience .. special thanks to Neelima who always makes us feel so comfortable with her love and her awesome care .. she is truly a wonderful person who is so warm friendly and extremely helpful and goes out of her way to ensure the guest feels special Chef Tanaji.. is the best chef ever Vikas.. is absolutely efficient and took good care of us Jaynath Chef razak Rajendra are all really so good at their jobs that we felt like we r at home

Fantastic experience in view of stay ,food ,services, hospitality and property ecxept one of your employee Neelima joshi behaviour ruin our tour . Her traumatic behavior hurt us a lot , after given instructions from front manager of reception to give us tea on arrival of your hotel at 9 am she bluntly refused to give with in a very bad manner that I can’t explain. It hurt me and specifically my family.

Excellent service, food was very nice…some people specially - Tanaji, Jaynath, vikas, neelima.. will surely come again when next in baroda… rooms were clean , facilities good… did not use the pool but it looked clean.. check in was smooth..

The breakfast in the morning was very good and Chef Tanaji, Neelima ji and Vikas ji took care of us very much... The menu was wide and the quality was also good. ------- However, rooms disappointed us very much. Almost all of the rooms are old styled and not upgraded with modern amenities hence that was a big disappointment from the Group Like Taj !!!!!! The AC controller is also old styled which has not been effective.

Everything was top notch. Rajendra ji in pool, neelima ji in restaurant and chef tanaji was on top of the line. During my entire 3 days stay, i never felt out from home. Very good hospitality. Good job everyone. I am Planning next month again in vadodara. And will definitely come in vivanta
