"Location of the hotel was very comfortable with reference to Railway station. .. Staff was nice and friendly... However rooms.lacked proper ventilation and were absurdly designed. Also rooms on 3rd floor were not connected with lift due to operational reasons and was troublesome as we had a senior citizen with us and climbing stairs every time was difficult"

1. Location not so satisfy for me . 30 minutes walking from Patan Junction Railway station and around 1 hours walking distance to Rani Ki Vav . It will be Ok if you travel by your own car . Local rickshaw drivers around were greedy and will charge you double if you are foreigner."

SSantosh KaleNew and clean hotel. However hotel staff needs training on hospitality , to compare, staffs at ITC Welcom Hotel (near by business hotel) are more better at gesture. Especially entrance and reception, it feels like you are entering at train station, as they will not even help with luggage when scanning bags.

GGuest UserCentrally located and very close walking distance to Baroda’s ‘central park’ which is great for an early morning walk … or to visit the museum inside.
Room was very comfortable. Shower in bathroom doesn’t have a door to stop water going everywhere on the floor but apart from that it’s a great shower with immediate hot water and good water pressure.
Good attentive service and helpfulness from hotel staff. The only small but annoying thing was the occasional noises coming from above the ceiling. Room 509. Otherwise this is a good choice for something central and comfortable in Vadodara.

The room service is relatively poor, the toiletries are deliberately left, waiting for you to call the front desk to ask for it, and waiting for you to tip when it is delivered. The room cost is more than 500, which feels too worthless. But there is no way, it is worse if it doesn't live here.

AAhmedHotel is ok but some services are not so good like minibar. One room minibar is not working and same room cattle was filled with milk and it was rotten. Then room service was not available. Other then that average

MMaha VThe room is spacious and well maintained. However, the AC seems not cool enough for the room and we had to turn on the fan before sleeping. The lady at the reception desk not suit to be a receptionist, she seems forceful to assist guests' request, can be seen from her facial expression as well :( Other than that, the gentlemen at the reception are helpful and always smiling. The housekeeper are attentive too. 1 thing to improve is the door card lock system. It is discharged every 12 hours and need to forth and bk to the reception desk and also,avoid calling guest in the early morning for any reason. 8am room call just to collect back the iron is not good. Received award as the best business hotel in Vadodara, hence should prepare 1 iron in every room as it is importantly required for every guest.
