The hotel was well situated in Goa, however, bedsheets were old and bit stained. Washed but need a refresh.

We had a very good experience with this hotel. We stayed for 2 days, and it's near the vagator beach one of the good beaches. They greet and treat as well

Worst worst worst! Location is okay but services and amenities are not there! Terrible service! No space for cars parking! Water was leaking from bathroom doors. They legit was charging us 300 rs for using the hand towel because they did not give us the doormat outside washroom

the staff was very courteous and helping… some basic things were missing … dental kits were not provided, gels soap , toiletries were just sufficient for one person in a triple occupancy room, no space for chairs and table in room , balcony was very dirty with bird droppings, very small bathroom with no space to keep tooth brush soaps etc, no place to hang cloths , no phone card in room which says reception, room service number, no menu card in room for in room dining , pool with open bar which is not good for families and kids

Overall, my stay at Vagator downtown was nothing short of excellent. The combination of superb service, comfortable accommodations, and a prime location makes it the perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and look forward to returning on my next visit to Goa
