Nice and stylish hotel but unfortunately beauty is not everything. Several disadvantages: the noise of planes, the music when you are on the 1st floor, 2 single beds pushed together as a double bed with 2 separate blankets, the cleaning leaves something to be desired ... and finally deposit of 50 euros not mentioned

Moxy CDG is our choice for early flight out from CDG since we would not worry the heavy traffic from downtown Paris. We appreciated the efficient of Moxy check-in staff they are well trained to deal with many guests in short time. Like my last review, I stayed again Moxy to tell it is a nice choice of our family.

I was bumped off of a morning flight at CDG and this Best Western allowed me to check-in early. The staff was super friendly and helpful the hotel itself was modern, clean and comfortable. The room was bigger than most Parisian hotels and there wasn’t a sound issue despite being only 5 minutes driving from the airport. Within 5 minutes walking there are supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants in town. I would definitely return here!

I booked via Chase Travel portal. After checking in close to 8pm I had to change rooms multiple times. The first room had mold near the window and an inoperable phone. The second room had dust bunnies and mold in the bathroom. After pointing out that the front-desk staff asked me multiple times if I was staying in the room alone, and the first two rooms were right next to the emergency stairs, the third room was away from the emergency exit but had a broken lock, mold in the bathroom, and staples holding down the wallpaper. The photos provided on the Chase Travel portal did not accurately portray the rooms I was placed in. After being on the phone with Chase Travel customer service for 1.5 hours to address the issue, send photos, request a full refund, and secure a different hotel near the airport, I was in line to checkout before midnight; I did not stay overnight due to the conditions of the rooms and broken lock. It took ~20 business days and daily phone calls with Chase Travel to receive a 100% refund. Chase Travel's vendor, Hotelbeds, followed up with the hotel's manager on multiple occasions to request a 100% refund: 9/30/23, 10/1/23, 10/2/23, 10/4/23, 10/5/23, 10/6/23, 10/8/23, 10/16/23, and 10/17/23. Chase Travel claims they (or Hotelbeds) called the hotel but often called after the hotel manager left for the day. The hotel manager responded on 10/2/23 to offer a free night for a future stay, on 10/10/23 to offer a 20% refund, and lastly on 10/18/23 to refuse the 100% refund. I declined both offers. Due to the hotel management's refusal, Chase Travel reimbursed me for the reservation. I encourage you to avoid this location if you can; but if you can't, may you have a better experience than I did.

Stopped for 1 night, chose as the nearest hotel to the airport to catch the flight in the morning. Depressed grey design, dirty carpets at the entrance, staff not wearing badge. The respiratory rooms were confused, our friends gave the key to the busy room, well that the guests we woke up (we settled at 1 hour of the night) closed the door to the chain. Our room was e-chaiter, stove, refrigerator. The designer was probably with a good sense of humor because between the sandwich and the head of the bed instead of the wall a big transparent window! It can be closed with a curtain, but! The curtain is located on the side of the room, that is, only the person in the room decides to close them or open))) is not much if you sleep a little bit, when the light is on in the toilet, the feeling that the light is on in the room above your head. The interior is scratched, scratched on the floor, table, windows go out to the parking and they are very dirty. No soap and shower hat, e. the soots are uncomfortable and they are few, part is located in the floor itself, there is over the e. the stove, but there is no bed. Breakfast is scarce, cruissant, toasts, jam, cheese, sausage, surprised plastic devices! In general, the hotel creates the impression of uncomfortable and unpleasant, one night can be stayed, but there is no desire to return here.

We stayed overnight before a flight. The hotel has a very nice, somewhat dramatic lobby- restaurant-bar area on the ground floor. The front desk staff was helpful and courteous. Our assigned room had a very strong smell of tobacco, and when we asked to be changed, they quickly sent up keys to move us to another room. We did not eat anything because our stay was brief, but the bartender was very courteous and made good drinks. The room was very clean, but a bit outdated, and could use a refresh.

There are no free buses to the airport, the hotel staff does not explain anything, we did not know that you need to book in advance for 4 € per person, they did not even explain where the bus stop is, we barely got to the airport on our own. It was also impossible to get to the hotel from the airport, the metro and buses were no longer working, we called a taxi, the taxi driver lied to us and took 44 €. The hotel is not very close to the airport, although it says that it is close. There is no air conditioning in the room, it was stuffy and hot. It was even scary to walk along the corridor. When checking into the hotel, we asked for water, but there was no way to even buy water from the machine (it did not work) = we were offered to drink from the tap or go buy water in a neighboring hotel. The staff is not polite, they do not explain anything. The hotel is insanely expensive for such a hotel, the price does not match the quality at all. There is a bed and hot water in the shower - at least something. The breakfast is also not very good, the croissants are not fresh, we did not even drink juices, it was scary.
