Unfortunately, a terrible experience, when I arrived at the location, after several attempts to mislead the reception, I discovered that the studio apartment I had chosen and paid for was not available and they completely diverted me to another location with no services, no spa, no animals outside (an apartment in the center) and no mountain view! I arrived at the apartment under a universal deluge and discovered that there were still people inside the apartment. I had to go back to the location where the reception was to tell them....it seemed like a joke to me.....In my opinion there are 2 things: either you are not capable of doing your job or you are making fun of the customers who pay to come to your facility....I repeat, a terrible experience, ruined holidays..NEVER AGAIN!!!!! The apartment in the center is above a very busy bar and it is difficult to park. The reserved parking is 200 meters from the apartment. To enter the house there are 2 flights of stairs to do every time there is no elevator) The double bed has a super hard mattress and those who are not used to it will break your back! The apartment is very large and very hot in the summer, there is no air circulation and you cannot leave the windows open because all the insects of this world enter, being on the top floor I think there are also birds' nests on the roof! The only positive note of all this terrible experience is the bathroom of the apartment with a super spacious shower! Only this.. Everything to improve and above all you must have respect for the customer who spends money to come to your facility! If the apartment chosen on booking is available and I pay for it, why when I arrive at your place it is not available?!??!?!?!?!?
