Ugly rooms need renovation, cold in the rooms, no comfort. Customer service - very poor. Sauna not heated. Food, especially for breakfast, not varied. I'm sorry but this hotel is stuck in the Middle Ages.

Conoscevo già l’hotel dalla precedente gestione e devo fare i complimenti per i miglioramenti. Rinnovato bar e sala tv, riscaldamento funzionante , temperatura ottima ( prima era sempre freddo ) menù ricco e gustoso, buffet specialmente per la colazione molto buono e abbondante. Il personale molto preparato e gentile.

Ho soggiornato con mia moglie per 3 notti all'hotel Cardo che già conoscevamo,con la nuova gestione ha acquistato più consenso grazie ad una migliore ristorazione ,colazione e cena molto varie e di qualità, anche per mia moglie celiaca . Pulizia e gentilezza confermano la tradizione dell'hotel Cardo .Consigliamo ,anche per la sua posizione,Terme di Bormio e Livigno a pochi km.

Abbiamo soggiornato per qualche giorno in questa struttura dove siamo stati molto bene. Lo staff è molto gentile e professionale, hanno fatto in modo che il soggiorno risultasse il più piacevole e comodo possibile. La struttura è confortevole e sia le stanze che le parti comuni sono pulitissime. Abbiamo sempre cenato in albergo e la cucina è molto curata e gradevole.

Ottimo hotel molto ben organizzato e sopratutto pulitissimo . Personale gentile ed efficiente con servizi adeguati ad ogni cliente. Camera perfetta e ottima cucina . Da considerare per eventi e soggiorni al top visto anche la possibilità di organizzare eventi e sfilate. Difficile trovare di meglio con queste dimensioni. Bravi veramente

Piccolo hotel in posizione strategica per escursioni in alta valle val Viola e Livigno. La junior suite scelta è stata confermata anche se avevamo un cane al seguito. Camera ben curata tutta di legno e pietra molto bella la vista sul ghiacciaio. Con la mezza pensione tutto era perfetto.
