A lot of people are broken by the mini "reception", there is no coordination between the hotel workers or anyone to supervise them. Bad manners on the part of some of them. We stayed 2 nights and they didn't make our room. I requested some shelter for the bed, since it was the bed with the flat sheets. They agreed to take me something, a blanket... that I never saw. When we asked the hotel for an account, an employee told us that we had to request that they make the room for you, something totally false and meaningless. To which I asked, where does he put it and he simply said that he didn't know. And why do I put the sign on the door saying CAN YOU ENTER?? There is no housekeeper to check that the work of housekeepers is done. Conclusion: we were recommended, but I do not recommend it. If you are used to sleeping in a sardine can, this is your hotel! The suitcase, under the bed, doesn't fit anywhere else. As for its advertising slogan, Why pay for unnecessary luxuries? Less inches on the flat TV and put at least a toilet brush! I don't consider it to be a luxury.
