Palau Apartments Valencia

Clean hotel. Situated in the middle of the old town and the beach. To the beach bus 93 - 15 minutes. If the windows are facing the entrance, it is very noisy.

Apartment quite clean, except for the stained sheets and pillows. Ours was a trip with an 18 month old baby. Despite the request to have an early check in after 2 hours of flight we had to wait until 4 to enter. (luckily there is the possibility of leaving the suitcases inside) After 3 requests to have a seat for the baby (for eating) they provided it in the room (saying: let's see based on availability) "AVAILABILITY?!?!?!" with the price that is not small the structure should be more equipped for the little ones in my opinion.. it is insistent that if a family with small children arrives you do not have the adequate equipment! In the room instead of the double bed there are two single beds attached which however come apart immediately because they are joined.. The room should have a divider (sliding door) between the room and the kitchenette.. there was none as booked. Not a very pleasant experience, perhaps for couples it would be fine but for a family with small children I would not recommend it. The location is quite good, it is very close to the city of science (about 10 minutes on foot crossing the park) to the center on foot about twenty minutes always on foot. There is public transport nearby, and 2 supermarkets at modest prices

Everything was great except that: the bed sheets were stained and despite having reported the matter to the reception the staff the next day had tidied up the room leaving the same dirty sheets. Only at the second complaint were the bed sheets changed. For the rest nothing to say. Apartment with every comfort new furnishings and excellent location.
