My experience at Limehome Valencia was extremely negative and frustrating, full of problems from the moment we arrived. At first, we were unable to access our room due to problems with the assigned key, which was resolved after an hour of waiting with a new key. Once in the room, the air conditioning was not working properly, which was crucial as the temperature was over 30 degrees Celsius. We requested assistance and, although they promised to send a technician, he never showed up. After almost three hours of waiting without a solution, we were offered to change rooms. The second room had serious problems with the water supply, with noises and shaking in the pipes every time the bathroom was used. Upon reporting these problems, we were told that they could do nothing about it and that we should look for another hotel on our own, with the promise of a refund within 14 days. I refused this proposal and demanded a solution. As a result, we were moved to another Limehome building in a different area of the city, although only for one night as the room would be booked the next day. The next day, we were assured that the room would be ready at 1:00 pm, but this did not happen. The room was dirty and the cleaning staff started cleaning with us inside, finishing around 3:00 pm. The rooms and facilities were poor in terms of maintenance and comfort, being small, with broken appliances such as the dishwasher and air conditioning, a damaged refrigerator, and fragile and uncomfortable sofa beds. Limehome's lack of coordination and management was evident and significantly harmed our trip. Based on this experience, I do not recommend staying at Limehome, given the poor service and irresponsibility shown.
