I had an erroneous booking with this hotel but they were very kind to modify for free! It was even Trip.com who took a long time to coordinate and modify the booking itself. The hotel is in a very good location, as soon as you step out of door, you’re right in the middle of the shopping street with every nice restaurants and cafes to choose from. The room was neat and chic as well. We enjoyed our stay!

The entrance and exit of the hotel's underground parking lot is on a one-way street, so you need to drive a few streets to get in! The room is not big and it is a bit difficult to put two 26-inch luggage! The breakfast variety is very rich and there is a separate menu that can be ordered separately! The hotel is in a great location, and it is very convenient to go to various historical buildings in the old town. The breakfast is both a la carte and buffet, which is rich and tastes good. The whole hotel and the rooms are relatively small, but very exquisite and tastefully decorated.

The room is very clean and the soundproofing is pretty good. The design style is what I like. The photos are very good. Maybe it's Christmas season, the price is really a bit high. The breakfast is also good, and you can order hot food. 19 euros per person. The lady at the front desk speaks very good English and patiently explains the city map and surrounding attractions to me. She also gave me a discount card for the British Palace Mall. The kettle was not very clean, and the water was not replenished the next day.
