The check-out time marked on the Ctrip platform is from 1 to 2 o'clock, but the hotel actually stipulates that check-out before 12 o'clock, and the room card will automatically expire after 12 o'clock. I hope Ctrip can reconfirm and verify the check-in and check-out times of the hotel to avoid causing trouble to other travelers.

The service was excellent. The reception staff was friendly and able to communicate in English without difficulty. The room was clean and tidy, making it a very comfortable stay.
