The apartment is beautiful. it has everything you need. dishwasher, washing machine, iron, capsule coffee maker. the location is in the old town. it is peaceful and quiet. you can also leave your luggage for free if your flight is in the evening.

We had a small issue with the heater and the owner reacted quickly. He was very helpful. I can recommend this appartment, but don't expect a nice view, because there are no windows. This was not a problem for me personally.

The apartment was very clean and excellent location. Very good communication from our host. The only problem was the apartment was very noisy. The upstairs neighbors talked and argued until 1 am every day and you could hear them walking around and opening and closing closet doors. The hallways echoed and you could hear everyone coming and going at all hours slamming their doors. It’s a shame because everything else was great.

Koen was a great host ! Great communication through WhatsApp. The apartment was spotless and even a bottle of Cava for us in fridge ! Apartment had everything we needed for our weeks stay . Kitchen was modern and all dishes , pots etc included as well as dishwasher !
Location of apartment was superb ! Right in historic Center ! Fruit market , grocer , cafes , shops - right outside the front door . And walkable to all tourist attractions!
Highly recommend this apartment !

Loved this apartment. It’s right in the old town near all the shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment was very well organised and had everything you could need. The owner made checking in and out very easy and was on hand should you have any problems or if you needed any advice or help during your stay. On checkout you can store your luggage and come back later to retrieve them. We will definitely return, thank you for a great stay

Mijn verblijf van acht dagen in het appartement is zeer goed bevallen. Het contact zowel vooraf als tijdens het verblijf, verliep prettig. Via Koen kon de taxitransfer van en naar het vliegveld worden geregeld en was bagageopslag mogelijk. Het appartement was schoon, netjes en goed uitgerust. Tussentijds waren schone lakens en handdoeken beschikbaar. De locatie is mooi centraal gelegen dicht bij Plaza del Virgen en Plaza del Reina en op 5 minuten loopafstand van Mercat Central. Zeker een aanrader!

Casa in pieno centro, comoda sia per girare a piedi che per prendere i mezzi. Attrezzata di tutto, cambio di asciugamani gratuito, Koen è stato un host veramente attento e premuroso, ci ha organizzato taxi dall'aeroporto e ci ha tenuto i bagagli il giorno della partenza. Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia 1 settimana ad opposto e consiglio questo appartamento a tutti.
